Bradley is TWO

Sweet, sweet Bradley...
You bring us so much joy and happiness. You have the best personality. You are laid back and SO much fun. You are ALL boy and love all things train, Jake and the Neverland Pirates, Legos and being dirty.
You talk ALL the time. I believe you have learned this from your sister. Speaking of you sister, you absolutely adore her and look up to her for everything. The sweetest relationship ever. Yes, there are fights, but there are way more sweet moments and loving moments to even think about the fights.

You play hard and sleep hard. You are our early riser though! Daddy has enjoyed his mornings with you at, usually, 5:45 or so in the mornings. You take around a 2-3 hour nap in the afternoons and wake up ready to go!
Your favorite foods are: nutrigrain breakfast bars, fruit snacks, apples (and have discovered that you only like eating them whole, not sliced anymore, bananas, grapes, strawberries, yogurt, cheese, chicken fries, peanut butter, bread and you LOVE your milk. You have started regularly drinking out of a big boy cup and you are doing awesome.
You are in size 2T clothes and still in diapers. Our plan is to potty train over Christmas break when Daddy is home for a week. (Mommy is most excited about this)
You love your family and love church. You are pretty good about sitting in big church with us as long as we have and endless supply of snacks.
You love to sing Jake and the Neverland Pirates theme song. Daily. All day.
Favorite toys: train table, jake legos, balls, Noah's Ark, and being outside.
You know some of your colors: orange, blue, pink, black, purple, green
You can count to 20 (missing a few numbers after 10)
You can recognize several letters in the alphabet.
You and your taggie are almost inseparable and you suck your tongue when you sleep.

At your 2 year checkup you weighed 28 lbs 2 oz
95% in height (I don't have the measurements)
50% in weight

Little man,
We absolutely adore you. You have filled this home with so much love and laughter. You are a child of God and we pray each day that we point you in that direction. I pray that you become the man that God wants you to be and seek after Him in everything you do. I pray that you will seek Him with your whole heart. We have loved watching you grow and are looking forward to however long the Lord blesses us with you. We LOVE you to the moon and back sweet buddy!

September 2015

We started September off with a trip to the beach with just the 4 of us. It was a MUCH needed and wonderful trip for us. We had many days of sand, water and laughter. I am so blessed with such a wonderful family.

Nana and Granddaddy have the funniest things at their house :)

War Eagle!

We came back from the beach and Molly Grace started 3K at Helena United Methodist with Mrs. Tiffany. we are thankful she is able to have the same teacher she had last year and have class with some familiar faces.

I do believe she was worn out.

Daddy had the flu. So, Mommy had to put both kids down for bed for 5 nights, and do everything else. Needless to say, I was worn out. But these sweet faces keep me going.

Happy Father's Day to this incredible daddy. I don't know what we would do without you. You are the most patient man I know. The kids absolutely adore you and look up to you. You are their playmate, their friend and their daddy. They love you more and more each day.

First night of VBS!

Riding her bike through the neighborhood!

Dress up

They both missed their daddy so much he had to carry both of them into VBS :)

If we have sand, they're happy!

Ready for more VBS!

Last night of VBS. We were blessed by these 4 nights. God is doing amazing things through this church and these children.

However, we got a VBS gift. What started out as a fever and looked like a stomach bug...turned into the worst case of Hand foot mouth I have ever seen. This little man had a rash all over his legs, arms and inside his mouth. We stayed up all night Saturday night with each other because he was so sick. His legs burned, itched and hurt him all at once. It was terrible. He had a fever of 103.8 for 2 days and the rash has lasted a week. It is finally almost gone at a week and 3 days.

We had to get out of the house but Bradley was still contagious. So we rode bikes!

This was Saturday night. He laid on me almost all night wide awake. I never want to see that virus again. Molly Grace ended up with a fever on the following Wednesday, but that's all it was. she had a fever for 24 hours (103), but nothing else showed up. So thankful!

We are looking forward to a fun July!
