We have had busy days these last two weeks since my last post! I have LOTS of pictures to catch up on.

Molly Grace got a car!
Gastro check-up with Dr. King!

Pool fun!

We got to keep this sweet girl for a few hours last week!

AU cheerleader!

We almost beat LSU!
Walking while wearing daddy's pedometer. (Daddy is cheating, haha!)
Loving the twins' kitchen!
This girl is my heart.
A little girlfriend fun!
No nap in her crib = resting and watching cartoons with Mommy.
So sweet.

Silly girl at lunch.
Messy dinner resulted in a bath!

All smiles!

When nothing calms this baby down, go outside!
I am reading, The Power of a Positive Mom and it suggests praying verses over your child(ren) and I have chosen this one. I have committed to pray these verses over Molly Grace until she turns One. then I will choose another one. This book has made such a difference in my attitude everyday. I am one blessed Mommy!

Happy Weekend!

Photo Friday

Let me first start off this post to tell you about my best friend's dad. Meagan Leff and her family have been through so much. Harrison, her brother, has a rare form of Muscular Dystrophy and has been strugging with that his whole life. He has been such an inspiration to me and many others. Much to their surprise, Meagan's dad, David, has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer. He has started his chemo treatments this week and has a long road to go. God is good and we know that He will and can perform miracles. We have seen this through Harrison already. Please join me in praying for the Leff family. We love you! You will win this!

Harrison and Mr. David hand in hand starting his fight to get rid of cancer.
On Wednesday morning, Molly Grace had a stomach bug for the first time. Let me just say, it is very pitiful if you have not experienced this yet. Luckily, she was over it very quickly but still had to only have pedialite for the rest of the day. She is thankfully back to her normal self!

All she could do is lay around, and if you know MG, she does not lay around!

Eating Mum Mums

"I can give myself Pedialite, Mommy."
She just wanted to play with the syringes after we gave her pedialite.

Starting to feel better!
Hanging out in my toy basket.

Empty pools are so much fun!

Helping Mommy & Daddy get groceries!
Trying to help Mommy make lunch!
Have a great weekend!

8 months

Molly Grace, you are 8 months old! You are such a fun baby. You have such a silly personality and we are so in love with you. You are the beat of our hearts! Mommy and Daddy will do anything for you. We love you to the moon and back baby girl!
You are my sunshine, my only sunshine

You make me happy when skies are grey

You'll never know dear, how much I love you

Please don't take my sunshine away.

Smiles and laughs are what we see daily. We LOVE this stage in your life. You are crawling everywhere and pulling up on everything. You love getting under the kitchen table and pulling up on the chairs. This is usually where you greet daddy when he comes home from work. You are always moving. I don't even think you are still when you sleep. You are definitely keeping us busy and we love every second of it.  You are such a big girl now. You are so independent and like to do things for yourself. (but, you will crawl back to us when you want to cuddle or when you get hurt)
A few more things about you, sweet girl, at 8 months:
-You now have 3 teeth! You have the bottom 2 middle ones and you just got one of the top ones. I can see the other top one coming.
-You can say "da da" "na na" "ba ba" "la la" and sometimes "ma ma"
-You love eating. You are still eating baby food such as: sweet potatoes, squash, sweet peas, green beans, apples, bananas, mango, peaches, avacado and cauliflower. You favorite is still sweet peas.
-You love snacking on yogurt metls and crunchies.
-You LOVE to laugh. It is not too hard anymore to get a good giggle out of you. That is the sweetest sound on earth.
-You like to watch the cartoon "Super Why". You really only like the songs on the show and will stop paying attention to it after they are over.
-You love playing in the kitchen windows.
-You can stand up by yourself without holding on to anything for a few seconds.

We are so blessed to be able to call you "ours" for our time on earth. We thank God daily for trusting us to take care of you to raise you to love Him. We love you punkin!
