All in a Week

We started last Friday off at the zoo with Katy and Charlie. They had a good time!

All was fine until Molly Grace woke up from her 3 hour nap that afternoon. She was as red as a tomato and was so hot. I took her temperature and she had a 103.2 fever. I was so scared. After a phone call to my mom and Win, I had her stripped down in a cool bath. During that time, I called her doctor's office. The nurse only wanted her to come in if she had a fever that next morning. The bath got her fever down for 2 hours. It spiked back up to 102.2 and we did the bath again. She wouldn't eat dinner and fell asleep on me as soon as we finished her bath. (at 6:40) I rocked her for 25 minutes because she never lets me rock her. We checked on her every 3 hours. At the 1:30 am check, she was so hot again, so I picked her up and gave her Motrin. She was fever free after that.

Win was off on Monday so we went to the park!

Win left for another business trip on Tuesday, so Rebecca and Ayda came to play for the day.

They have so much love for each other!

Granddaddy headed up this way Tuesday afternoon and was here with us until Thursday morning. We did a lot of running around and had a great time!

We fixed her light in her kitchen, went to the Galleria and got new shoes and rode the hot dog truck and read a lot of books!

We started today off at the doctor's office. Molly Grace has double ear infections yet again! Baby girl can't catch a break. They had to put drops in her left ear because of all the wax build up and flush it out. It was pitiful. Hopefully this round of medicine will help her!
